Please allow up to three (3) business days for your order to process. Keep in mind, if products are back ordered or pre-ordered items, that time may be longer.

Returns

 

Frontline Emergency Lighting only allows returns on like new items, still in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) business days to be accepted. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on any returned items.

 

Expect to receive your refund within three (3) weeks of initiating return process. This includes time for package to arrive at Frontline Emergency Lighting, return to be processed, and bank to process refund.

 

If you must return an item, immediately contact returns@frontlineemergencylighting.com with order number and any information necessary regarding the product being returned. Return instructions will be emailed to you quickly. 

 

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Please allow up to eight (8) business days depending on location to to receive your package after it has shipped. This time accounts for location and any delays that unfortunately might occur. Please note that more often than not, this wait time is decreased.
